Career Readiness Inventory CRI (事業發展準備問卷) is a locally developed assessment tool for individual’s readiness for career and education development. Report data includes career exploration thoughts and activities, self-understanding, readiness for career planning, career decision-making intention, outcome expectation and self-efficacy, More than 5000 students from secondary to tertiary level in Hong Kong have taken it. All items are in Chinese that suitable for students with junior secondary level or above. The results are valuable information for students’ personal development as well as institutional indicators for service planning. This Inventory should be administered by a qualified facilitator.
